Ahh.. Gyruss... the only reason to go to the Grand Canyon... or more specifically the little KOA campground about 15 miles outside of The Grand Canyon circa 1989. Actually to be completely authentic to the KOA campground you should download the upright made by )p(.

But since you downloaded this I guess you'd rather go for the table-top experience. I can't say I blame you. Put it in your models folder. It's nice to sit back and play a game or two of Gyruss after work.

This machine was used every day for 15 years at a little bar in Moss Beach, California USA. All the bumps and scratches are authentic... only too authentic -I see them every day in the dining room. The marquee (if you have one in your marquee folder) will only appear on one side of the machine. Why? Well... because I like it that way! It's my machine so if you don't like it, get your own machine! Man, I don't know what you're doing in MY house!

So enjoy. If you build a cool bar setup with this machine in it, I'd like to see it.

To use it with FE-3Darcade/Emulaxian:

the name of the model is gyrusscocktail...because this name is not a mame name the fe will not found it automatically.

You can add it to a gamelist entrys 12 position. For example:|Gyruss (Konami)|gyruss|1983|Konami|None|None|Shooter / Gallery|.20|Yes|mame|arcade|gyrusscocktail|Favorite|Raster|Vertical|224x256|3x4|60.000000|Unknown|Yes|Joy 8 Way|1|2|2|gyruss.c|Good|Good|Good|||||||||
Or add a gencabx entry to an arcade cfg file like this: gencab2|Gyrusscocktail/2/gyruss/2/gyruss/2/gyruss|
